Job summary

City of Redmond seeks a Systems Analyst to optimize enterprise business applications and support Parks, Public Works, and Planning departments. You will bridge business needs and IT, deliver user-centered solutions, and help manage vendor relationships while maintaining system stability.

You will analyze requirements, design technical specifications, create training materials, and contribute to the technology roadmap using ERP, EAM, HRIS, and Permitting systems with strong data visualization

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in computer information systems, business or related field.
3-5 years of experience in analyzing, designing, developing, procuring, testing and maintaining information systems.
2 years of project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain trusted partnerships with business stakeholders through proactive communication, regular status updates, and early escalation of risks or changes.
Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements; design and implement solutions.
Contribute to technology roadmap by evaluating systems and modernizing platforms your partners depend on.
Analyze, design, implement, and maintain vendor and in-house developed business applications for Parks, Public Works, and Planning Departments.
Develop training materials, documentation, and end-user training.
Customize and administer enterprise systems; integrate applications using data mapping and various technologies.
Design and maintain databases, reports, and dashboards; optimize performance through troubleshooting.
