Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/related field.
• 4+ years of work experience in systems analysis and IT support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with relational databases and T-SQL; familiarity with AD.
• Experience with scripting languages and data integration concepts.
• Ability to manage projects from initiation to closure.

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot on-premises, SaaS, and managed solutions.
• Produce reports using tools like Informer and Excel; provide training on reporting.
• Support LMS and assist with data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Assist with integrations between College systems and third-party platforms.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support and user assistance.
• Elicit requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
