PrideNow, a global leader in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, seeks a Systems Analyst to support CLM platforms, analytics, and process improvement. You will work with Legal Operations and IT to optimize contract workflows and develop reports and dashboards that track performance and cycle times.
Ideal candidates have CLM experience (Icertis preferred), Power BI and SQL/Microsoft stack development, plus Agile or Waterfall PM experience.
We're hiring a Systems Analyst to support a global leader in the semiconductor manufacturing equipment industry. If you have experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms, analytics, and process improvement, this is an exciting opportunity to work alongside legal and technology teams on high-impact projects.
Experience with Icertis CLM or another Contract Lifecycle Management platform (preferred)
Power BI, reporting, and data analytics experience
Microsoft C#, SQL, or other Microsoft tech stack development experience (preferred)
Project Management experience (Agile and/or Waterfall)
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Experience supporting Legal Operations, corporate legal departments, or law firms is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
