Job summary

Technology Service Corporation (TSC) seeks an Operations Systems Analyst to support Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division. The role focuses on integration and testing of Navy EW systems (SLQ32 variants) and developing procedures for product testing to ensure quality and performance in the SKCS program.

The candidate will design and test embedded Linux software, apply knowledge of EW threats and tactics, and contribute to CONOPS/CONEMP/TTPs.

Qualifications

• Must have EW experience and be willing to work on-site at Dahlgren Naval Base five days a week.
• Ten (10) years’ experience or equivalent in threat system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems.
• Candidate must be a US Citizen and hold a DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, verify, and test modular embedded Linux software systems.
• Familiarity with threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force OPLANS.
• Lead and organize large meetings, workshops, or conferences as needed.
• Demonstrate experience with Electronic Maneuver Warfare Systems and related operations.
• Create and review technical docs, CONOPS/CONEMP/TTPs/SOPs and test & evaluation plans.

TSC is seeking a Operations Systems Analyst , in King George, VA This position supports the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Systems Analyst to perform integration and testing (I&T) on Navy EW systems - SLQ32 (V6/V7) variants. Develop and implement procedures for product testing, review and evaluate test results, and recommend production or design changes to ensure quality and performance standards in support of the Softkill Coordination Subsystem (SKCS) program.

Required Qualifications

• Must have EW experience and be willing to work on-site at Dahlgren Naval Base 5 days/week.
• Ten (10) years’ experience or equivalent in threat system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems.
• Candidates must be a US Citizen and hold a DoD Secret Clearance. Minimal to No Travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Familiarity with threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force OPLANS, Fleet operations, specializing in Electronic Warfare and Information Operations
• Experience organizing, leading, and hosting large meetings, workshops, or conferences
• Demonstrated work experience with Electronic Maneuver Warfare Systems and operations, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, and generation of Electronic Warfare Gaps and Capabilities
• Knowledge of systems development and/or testing and creating/reviewing technical documentation, CONOPS, CONEMP, TTPs, SOPs, Developmental and Operational T&E
• Agile methodology
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Teamwork: A collaborative spirit and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
