Technology Service Corporation in Arlington, VA is seeking an experienced Operations Systems Analyst to support Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division in King George, VA. The role focuses on integration and testing (I&T) of Navy EW systems—SLQ32 variants—and developing procedures to ensure quality and performance.

Requires 8+ years in threat system analysis or Navy EW operation, US citizenship, and DoD Secret Clearance. On-site 5 days/week with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in threat system analysis or operation of U.S. Navy EW systems.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• Willing to work on-site at Dahlgren Naval Base 5 days/week.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, verify, and test modular embedded Linux software systems.
• Familiarity with threat systems, EW operations, and related concepts.
• Lead large meetings, workshops, or conferences as needed.
• Document CONOPS, CONEMP, TTPs, SOPs, and developmental/operational testing activities.
