Job summary

Technology Service Corporation seeks an experienced Operations Systems Analyst to perform integration and testing on Navy EW systems at Dahlgren. Eight years in threat system analysis and a DoD Secret clearance are required, with on-site work five days a week.

Responsibilities include designing and testing embedded Linux software, leading technical discussions, and ensuring quality through rigorous documentation and CONOPS/TD&E practices. US citizenship is mandatory.

Qualifications

• EW experience required.
• 8+ years in threat system analysis or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems.
• US Citizenship and DoD Secret Clearance required.
• On-site at Dahlgren Naval Base with minimal travel.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, verify, and test modular, high-performance embedded Linux software systems.
• Familiarity with threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force OPLANS.
• Lead large meetings, workshops, or conferences as needed.
• Demonstrate work experience with Electronic Maneuver Warfare Systems and operations, EMSO, and EW gaps and capabilities.
• Document systems development and testing, CONOPS/CONEMP/TTPs/SOPs, and agile TD&E processes.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving and communication skills and collaborate with team.

TSC is seeking a Operations Systems Analyst , in King George, VA This position supports the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division. We are seeking an experienced Operations Systems Analyst to perform integration and testing (I&T) on Navy EW systems - SLQ32 (V6/V7) variants. Develop and implement procedures for product testing, review and evaluate test results, and recommend production or design changes to ensure quality and performance standards in support of the Softkill Coordination Subsystem (SKCS) program.

Required Qualifications Must have EW experience and be willing to work on-site at Dahlgren Naval Base 5 days/week. Eight (8) years’ experience or equivalent in threat system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems. Candidates must be a US Citizen and hold a DoD Secret Clearance. Minimal to No Travel.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience organizing, leading, and hosting large meetings, workshops, or conferences
• Demonstrated work experience with Electronic Maneuver Warfare Systems and operations, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, and generation of Electronic Warfare Gaps and Capabilities
• Knowledge of systems development and/or testing and creating/reviewing technical documentation, CONOPS, CONEMP, TTPs, SOPs, Developmental and Operational T&E Agile methodology
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Teamwork: A collaborative spirit and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
