• Assist users with software, hardware, connectivity, and related issues; provide training on new or modified equipment.
• Monitor system operations to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Duties/Responsibilities:Evaluates assigned network and systems for performance, security, and other issues.Analyzes data processing requirements to effectively plan a data processing system that will provide the system capabilities necessary for projected workloads.Collaborates with data processing and project managers to determine limitations and capabilities of the existing system, and the capabilities required for future data processing projects and projected workload.Determines optimal hardware configurations by evaluating a variety of factors such as the number of departments serviced by data processing equipment, volume of transactions, and need for security and access restrictions.Determines, suggests, and plans layout for computers and peripheral equipment, including necessary changes to existing equipment and systems required to ensure efficient operation and effective use of allotted space.Determines power supply requirements and configurations.Assists users with software, hardware, connectivity, and related issues; provides training on new or modified equipment.Ensures system operates in line with specifications by monitoring equipment functions.Performs other related duties as assigned.Harris Ranch Feeding Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
