• Determines optimal hardware configurations for served departments and workload.
• Plans layout for computers and peripheral equipment for efficient operation.
• Determines power supply requirements and configurations.
• Assists users with software, hardware, connectivity, and related issues; provides training.
• Monitors equipment functions to ensure systems operate per specifications.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
