Job summary

Harris Ranch Beef Company, a family-owned beef producer, is seeking a customer service representative to support executive accounts and handle order-related tasks. You will contact customers, process orders, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate fulfillment and timely responses.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of an accounting-focused team, with overtime as needed. E-Verify used for employment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an accounting team to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding order needs
• Process orders in the computer system
• Support and manage customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns
• Review order fill accuracy
• Prepare/send price and product offer lists for customers
• Coordinate shipments of Point of Sale material for branded customers
• Communicate with sales team as needed based on changes
• Research and request needed credits by the customer
• Follow-up on customer specifications in regard to particular orders
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management
• Track warehouse items to ensure availability
• Identify, acknowledge, and expedite customer claims
• Facilitate prompt resolution to assigned claims
