- 3-5 years Salesforce experience.
- Hands-on Salesforce administration.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, reporting, dashboards, security, and automation.
- Experience training and supporting end users and troubleshooting Salesforce issues.
- Strong business analysis and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication, training, and customer service skills.
