Meriplex Communications is seeking a Systems Administrator to join our Technical Assistance Center, providing Level 2 end-user support across multiple client sites in Northern California. You will handle Active Directory, Office 365, VPN access, VMware, Exchange, Azure subscriptions, and more, delivering strong customer service and adhering to SOPs.

The role requires local travel to Chico, Redding, Sacramento, San Francisco, Reno, and Santa Cruz, and a must-live-in-Greater-Sacramento-area

Qualifikationen

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Advanced knowledge of command line.
• Experience using ticketing systems; ConnectWise preferred.
• Understanding of advanced triage methodologies.
• Advanced TCP/IP understanding.
• Ability to communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
• Adherence to ticketing workflows and documentation.

Aufgaben

• Provide advanced Active Directory and Office365 user account support.
• Deliver network and end-user VPN access support.
• Provide advanced level Active Directory GPO support.
• Offer second level VMware support.
• Interact professionally with executives, end users, technical and non-technical personnel.
• Administer server maintenance, security groups, and SAN connectivity.
• Perform basic firewall administration.
• Supply multifaceted authentication (MFA) support.
• Troubleshoot and create Azure subscriptions.
• Administer spam solution products.
• Support MS Exchange servers.
• Manage wireless environment.
• Manage backup and replication solutions and storage devices.
• Perform technical equipment installations at customer sites.
