Job summary

Del Papa Distributing Company is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage and maintain IT systems, provide Tier 1/2 support, and guide Level 1 staff. The role covers Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, and endpoint security across multiple locations.

The position includes monthly onsite visits, a rotating on-call schedule, and collaboration with the Sr. Systems Engineer on infrastructure projects. A high school diploma is required, with IT certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT support or system administration experience, including Tier 2 support.
• Certifications such as CompTIA or Microsoft are preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, AD, Entra ID, endpoint management, and security.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for computers, mobile devices, and IT systems.
• Install, configure, maintain, and support computers, devices, and endpoint management (Intune, NinjaOne).
• Manage deployments, software updates, patches, inventory, and replacements.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID users and access.
• Maintain endpoint security and investigate potential incidents.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN, and Wi-Fi issues with vendors or senior staff.
• Provide guidance to Level 1 staff and document support tickets clearly.
• Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and preventative maintenance, including monthly site visits.
• Participate in rotating on-call after-hours support (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Follow security policies, procedures, and safety standards.
