Job summary

Delavan Holdings, a multi-portfolio holding company in Wisconsin, seeks a hands-on Systems Administrator to manage on-prem and cloud IT across entities. You will patch, monitor, back up, and recover core systems, and serve as escalation beyond frontline support to drive consistency across sites.

You will administer AD, hybrid Entra ID, M365/Google Workspace, Intune, and server virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware) while maintaining secure, governed IT operations and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in systems administration across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Active Directory admin including DNS, DHCP, and group policy.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer on-prem AD across entities and hybrid Entra ID integration.
• Manage user provisioning and access management.
• Administer Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace, email, file sharing, and licensing.
• Manage endpoints via Intune and patch baselines.
• Build and maintain Windows and Linux servers and virtualization platforms.
• Manage site networking, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls, wireless.
• Own backup, recovery, and restore testing.
• Documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and change logs.
