Catholic Community Services of Western Washington in Seattle seeks a Systems Administrator I within the Information Technology Department. You will install, configure, operate, and maintain systems hardware, software, and related infrastructure to support users and services.

Responsibilities cover systems & network maintenance, user support, security/compliance, and administration. Requires 5+ years supporting PC hardware, Windows, networks, Active Directory, and cloud services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting end-users with PC hardware, software, and LAN problems.
• Broad IT knowledge: PCs, Windows, networks, Internet, mobile devices, Wi-Fi, cloud services.
• Solid Microsoft product knowledge; strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Hardware, software, and network maintenance for servers, PCs, and devices.
• Provide remote, on-site, and phone support; resolve tickets efficiently.
• Monitor system health, apply patches, and manage backups.
• Ensure security, HIPAA compliance, and IT standards.
