Job summary

The Systems Administrator I at SEARHC supports all systems and infrastructure across on‑premises and cloud platforms, performing installations, documentation, software updates, and security configurations. Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience managing Windows and Linux/Unix server systems.
• BS in Information Systems or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of AD/LDAP, enterprise backups, and monitoring.
• Experience with ITIL, HIPAA/HITECH preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in team meetings and project tasks.
• Performs system installation and maintenance on Windows and Linux servers.
• Prepares documentation and procedures for IT Infrastructure.
• Provides Tier 3 support for infrastructure issues.
• Occasional after-hours work and travel required.
