Integris is seeking a Systems Administrator responsible for advanced support for desktop, server, and network infrastructure. You will provide support and maintenance for clients' hardware and software systems and assist in resolving complex technical issues as the first escalation point.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in computer science or equivalent IT experience and certifications like Network+. This role offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, dental insurance, 401K, and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or similar field -OR- 2 years of IT experience preferred.
• Strong infrastructure and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Initial contact for inbound phone and chat support request.
• Provide support and maintenance of servers and network devices.
• Acts as the first line of escalation for Support Technicians.
• Provide onsite support for Managed Services clients.
• Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements.
• Document system configurations and troubleshooting steps.
