We are seeking a skilled and client-focused System Administrator to join our team. This role supports clients both remotely and on-site, primarily in Westchester County and New York City. We’re looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and technically adept professional who thrives in a team setting and is passionate about delivering exceptional IT support and solutions.**Key Responsibilities*** Deliver remote and on-site technical support to clients with professionalism and urgency.* Proactively monitor and maintain client systems to prevent downtime and improve performance.* Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and deliver tailored solutions.* Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server environments and Windows 10 workstations.* Administer Office 365 environments including user management and email configurations.* Configure and support network protocols such as TCP/IP and ensure secure connectivity.* Utilize RMM tools (e.g., ConnectWise) for system monitoring and management.* Assist in cloud infrastructure support including Azure and AWS environments.* Document technical procedures and client interactions in ticketing systems.* Demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior staff and delegating tasks effectively.**Required Qualifications*** Minimum 4 years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server.* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.* In-depth knowledge of networking and system administration.* Excellent communication and organizational skills.* Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.* Reliable commute to White Plains, NY or willingness to relocate.**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.* Familiarity with RMM tools such as ConnectWise.* Cloud experience with platforms like Azure or AWS.* College degree in IT or related field and relevant certifications.**Benefits*** Health Insurance* RTO (Responsible Time Off)* 401(k) Matching**Schedule*** 8-hour shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM**Location:** Onsite **-** White Plains, NY **Job Type:** Full-Time **Salary:** $80,000 annuallyProTech IT Solutions, a New Charter Technologies Company, was founded in 2012 by Johnson Abraham.
