ProTech IT Solutions in Minnetonka, Minnesota is seeking a skilled System Administrator to deliver on-site and remote IT support for MSP clients. The role focuses on Windows Server, Office 365, networking, and cloud services with a collaborative, client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote and on-site technical support to clients with professionalism and urgency.
• Proactively monitor and maintain client systems to prevent downtime and improve performance.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server environments and Windows 10 workstations.
• Administer Office 365 environments including user management and email configurations.
• Configure and support network protocols such as TCP/IP and ensure secure connectivity.
• Utilize RMM tools (e.g., ConnectWise) for system monitoring and management.
• Assist in cloud infrastructure support including Azure and AWS environments.
• Document technical procedures and client interactions in ticketing systems.
• Demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior staff and delegating tasks effectively.
