Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of recruitment and talent acquisition across the system.
• Lead leadership development programs and succession planning for key roles.
• Oversee internal mobility and career pathways, including redeployment.
• Ensure policies and practices are compliant with applicable regulations and accreditation.
• Report talent metrics and outcomes to executive leadership.
