Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a System Manager/Technical Consultant to drive maintenance activities under the Maintenance Agreement with a customer. You will coordinate with the local service provider and lead the ongoing service delivery, ensuring commitments are met.

Role requires strong communication, hands-on technical readiness, and proactive management of issues, with travel under 10% and a base salary in the stated range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR 4+ years of experience in LMR, RF systems, radio communications, IT systems or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate across teams.
• Experience with secure file transfer and software downloads.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with local service provider to maintain Maintenance Agreement commitments.
• Lead relationships with customer and service partner; ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor service records and respond to incidents and escalation procedures.
