Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a System Manager/Technical Consultant to deliver on MSI's Maintenance Agreement by coordinating with the local service provider and expanding MSI's role with the customer. You will lead day-to-day activities to meet contractual commitments and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of experience in LMR, RF Systems, Radio Communications, Radio Frequency, Motorola equipment, IT systems, or related fields.
• US citizen and ability to obtain background clearance as required by a US government customer.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead day-to-day activities to meet MSI's contractual commitments in the Maintenance Agreement.
• Manage and lead relationships with the local service partner and with the customer.
• Ensure customer satisfaction goals are met and drive continuous improvements.
• Procure and coordinate internal resources as needed and manage escalation procedures.
• Remotely diagnose system failures and facilitate call management.
