Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a System Manager III to oversee maintenance commitments, coordinate with the local service partner, manage customer relationships, and drive opportunities for additional services on P25 radio systems.

This remote, 40-hour-per-week role emphasizes strong written and verbal communication, technical readiness, and disciplined process management to meet response and restoration times and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in LMR, RF, or related fields.
• U.S. citizen and able to obtain background clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities to meet Maintenance Agreement commitments.
• Lead relationship with local service partner and customer.
• Ensure response/restoration time commitments and escalations are followed.
• Prepare reports and briefings; drive continuous improvement and new metrics.
