IQVIA is seeking a Principal leader in System Integrations to manage teams and independently lead complex, client-facing revenue management and system integration engagements. The role requires deep Model N expertise and IRA/regulatory transformation experience.

You will own end-to-end implementations, drive governance, and collaborate across cross-functional teams while supporting business development efforts and practice growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and developing teams.
• Deep revenue management experience with Model N across implementations, enhancements, integrations, or transformations.
• Advanced expertise in Commercial Contracting, Managed Care, Government Pricing, Medicaid, technical architecture/integration, or automation.
• Strong SDLC experience including requirements, design, build, SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and stabilization.
• Experience addressing Inflation Reduction Act impacts and regulatory readiness.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex, multi-workstream client engagements from discovery through deployment and transition to support.
• Serve as the primary client-facing delivery leader, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, budgets, and governance across multiple vendors.
• Provide functional and technical leadership across the revenue management ecosystem, guiding architecture, configuration, and data flows.
• Promote repeatable delivery methods, accelerators, and automation to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
