Job summary

IQVIA Digital is seeking a Director, Business Operations to build and scale an integrated RFP and BPTO function across multiple digital portfolios. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Legal and Delivery to remove frictions and accelerate revenue realization.

The role requires hands-on leadership, process design, and the ability to drive measurable improvements in sales productivity and deal velocity across the full commercial lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership of commercial and operations teams.
• Experience building scalable RFP and KPI processes.
• Proven ability to drive revenue realization and deal velocity.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized RFP capability and expand to all IQVIA Digital segments.
• Own KPI framework across financial, people, and process metrics.
• Configure and govern Workfront to support intake and workflow management.
• Coordinate contracting, pricing, and invoicing enablement with Finance and Legal.
• Lead and develop a joint RFP and BPTO team aligned to commercial priorities.
• Partner with GTM, Strategy, Marketing, and Sales Ops to improve sales readiness.
