The role emphasizes collaboration with client sponsors, QA, and operations, with a focus on SDLC methods and risk management to keep projects on track and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hand-on experience with cloud-based software.
• Experience with COTS or SaaS solutions.
• Experience in all phases of the system development life cycle using Agile, Waterfall and/or Hybrid Agile approaches.
• Experience implementing integrated solutions to modernize legacy systems and/or mainframe technology.
• Proficient with MS Office (Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering through workshops and interviews.
• Write clear functional specifications for system features.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement solutions.
• Communicate with sponsors and stakeholders to review designs and collect feedback.
• Serve as central point of contact for development and QA teams.
• Provide timely updates on deliverables to project managers.
• Support integration of software components and third-party apps.
• Document client use cases and business processes.
• Assist in creating project schedules, test plans, and conversion plans.
• Support planning discussions and risk management.
