Qualifications

• Progressive experience in Human Resources required.
• Prior hospital or medical office experience required; clinical experience is not required.
• Experience supporting HR compliance processes, audits, employee records, investigations, policy administration, or regulatory readiness preferred.
• License/cert: Preferred: SHRBP (SR HR BUSINESS PARTNER), SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP (Society of HR Management - Certified Professional or Senior Certified Professional)
• Education: Required: Bachelors - Business, Bachelors - Health Administration, Helpful: Other - equivalent combination of professional certification & job experience.

The HR Compliance Business Partner supports compliant, consistent, and effective human resources practices across the organization. EXPERIENCE:
