Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a System Engineer for the Silent Sentinel deployments. You will architect end-to-end video surveillance and network solutions, working with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance.

The role requires designing complex architectures, traveling to sites, and supporting post-sales activities. The position offers competitive base salary and benefits, with strict adherence to security and CJIS policies.

Qualifications

• Education or 3+ years in engineering, CS, networking, IT, cybersecurity, or info systems.
• Ability to obtain government background clearance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and deploy video surveillance and network systems.
• Develop and document system architectures aligned with SOW and customer specs.
• Act as technical advisor to stakeholders.
• Conduct product testing and demonstrations; manage change control.
• Collaborate with PM, subcontractors, and tech support to meet milestones.
• Identify risks and uphold company policies and ethics.
