Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a System Engineer for the Silent Sentinel deployments in the U.S. The role focuses on architecting end-to-end surveillance solutions that integrate with customer networks and meet regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities include designing, evaluating, and deploying mission-critical video systems, and serving as a technical advisor to stakeholders while coordinating with PM, subcontractors, and support teams. Travel is substantial.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Field Service experience in a related environment.
• Experience designing, evaluating, and implementing complex video surveillance networks.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and deploy mission-critical video surveillance and network systems.
• Develop and document video surveillance architectures aligned with SOW and customer specs.
• Act as trusted technical advisor to stakeholders.
• Conduct product testing, demos, and implement changes under change control.
• Collaborate with project management, subcontractors, and support teams to meet milestones.
• Identify risks and ensure compliance with company standards and ethics.
