Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking a System Engineer for Silent Sentinel deployments, architecting end-to-end video surveillance solutions integrated with customer networks. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor and lead testing, demonstrations, and post-sales execution in collaboration with PMs, subcontractors, and support teams.

The role requires 3+ years in Field Service, strong network and systems architecture design experience, and willingness to travel 50–75%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Field Service experience.
• Experience designing, evaluating, and implementing complex system architectures.
• Experience with video surveillance networks.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and deploy mission-critical video surveillance and network systems.
• Develop, document, and articulate video surveillance system architectures.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders.
• Conduct product testing and demonstrations; implement changes per procedures.
• Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and Technical Support to drive post-sales execution.
• Identify project risks and ensure compliance with standards.
