Job summary

Landshark Recruiting partners with a growing MSP to hire a Senior Systems Engineer to support and implement IT solutions for SMB clients. This hands-on role focuses on resolving complex issues across diverse client environments and serving as Tier 3 escalation.

You will design, implement, and support Microsoft server and cloud environments, lead Microsoft 365 and Azure projects, and create technical documentation while collaborating with service and project teams to deliver outstanding client

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience, including MSP experience.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VMware and/or Hyper‑V, PowerShell scripting.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to independently own technical issues through resolution.
