Qualifications

• Understanding of authentication, encryption, certificates (x509/PGP), and SFTP/data exchange.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Experience with HRIS, enterprise systems, or system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Experience with Power BI, automation, or orchestration tools is a plus.
• Experience with legal/financial systems is a plus.

Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 base + bonus

We are seeking a Systems & Data Analyst to join a well-established, mid-sized law firm that is investing heavily in modernizing its technology environment.

This is a great opportunity for a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst with 4+ years of experience and hands-on Workday implementation and integration experience. The immediate focus will be supporting a major Workday implementation, with an emphasis on APIs, integrations, data, testing, and system improvements. Following the implementation, this role will expand into supporting and enhancing other enterprise applications across the organization.
