Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Benefits/Payroll/HRIS Analyst to partner with HR and IT on Workday configurations, testing, and deployments. You will support payroll, governance, audits, and reporting to HR teams while ensuring data integrity and process improvements.
The role emphasizes collaboration, data accuracy, and process optimization, with responsibilities spanning open enrollment, performance management, and audits.
Partner with functional leads and IT Workday team on Workday configurations, enhancements, testing, and deployments
Manage ticketing processes, including requests, requirements, and testing protocols
Support key HR processes such as open enrollment and performance management
Identify opportunities to optimize Workday processes, reporting, and user experience
Complete regular and ad hoc payroll and benefits audits, including benefits billing reconciliation
Manage and audit leave pay with third-party administrator and benefits/payroll leads
Complete regular and ad hoc reporting and provide analysis to HR teams
Research and address data integrity issues and errors; establish audit processes
Track Workday integrations with vendors and research fail reports with IT
Provide backup for biweekly payroll and Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits administration in Workday
Support projects to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency
Support employee pay and benefits questions
Demonstrates expertise in Workday configurations, payroll processing, and benefits administration, with a strong focus on optimizing HR processes and ensuring data integrity. Proficient in conducting audits and providing analytical support to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
