Randstad Digital in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a ServiceNow Configuration Analyst for an Agile HR product team. You will configure, enhance, and maintain HRSD modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Virtual Agent to deliver efficient HR workflows.

This contract role requires 2–4 years of ServiceNow configuration experience and a CSA or equivalent certification. On-site presence is required three days a week in Minneapolis, with a comprehensive benefits package available

• Provide timely Tier 2 troubleshooting and technical support for ServiceNow HRSD-related issues.

Job Summary

The HR Product team is seeking a ServiceNow Configuration Analyst to join an Agile team dedicated to optimizing HR technology solutions. In this role, you will configure, enhance, and maintain core ServiceNow modules-including Knowledge Management, Employee Relations Case Management, and Virtual Agent/Chat-delivering seamless digital experiences and workflows for enterprise HR processes.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical work experience.
• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in ServiceNow system configuration or administration.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent certification.
• Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules, specifically Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Virtual Agent.
• Practical hands-on experience with HRSD-specific configurations and employee relations case management.
• Solid understanding of core ServiceNow configuration constructs including workflows, UI policies, and data policies.
• Ability to work on-site 3 days per week in Minneapolis, MN (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and experience following structured Agile frameworks.
• Experience collaborating directly with HR business stakeholders on process translation and requirements gathering.
• Proven ability to deliver Tier 2 technical support and resolve complex workflow issues.
