Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Two to four years of experience in ServiceNow configuration or administration.
• Experience with HR Service Delivery modules (Case Management, Knowledge Management, Virtual Agent).
