Job summary

KellyMitchell Group is seeking a System Analyst to join a leading financial services provider on a contract basis, focused on enterprise infrastructure hygiene initiatives. Hybrid work in Hopkins, MN or Irving, TX with 8-5 Central core hours.

The role emphasizes documenting workflows, improving governance, and partnering with engineering teams to drive remediation, lifecycle, and technology currency initiatives. Regulatory, audit, and risk support are included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology operations, systems administration, platform engineering, cloud operations, or a related technical discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in process optimization, business analysis, or continuous improvement frameworks.
• Strong conceptual understanding of infrastructure technologies, including Windows/Linux, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), networking, databases, storage, and monitoring tools.
• Foundational knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement frameworks.
• Experience developing workflow diagrams, creating process documentation, and performing root cause analysis using data-driven approaches.
• Experience working within large, complex, and highly matrixed technology organizations.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Our client, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a System Analyst to join their team. This is a contract position focused on supporting enterprise infrastructure technical hygiene initiatives. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

• Hands-on familiarity with ServiceNow, Power BI, Visio, SharePoint, or Power Automate

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is up to a maximum bill rate of $43.00 and $62.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate.

Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
