Job summary

KellyMitchell is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Glendale, CA to support a global intranet platform. You will write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and assist QA activities, acting as a day-to-day contact across the project and feeding requirements to the product owner.

This role requires hands-on experience with user stories and strong documentation in a large corporate environment. The contract is 12 months, with deployments typically in the evenings and some after-hours

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of project/program management and business analysis experience.
• 3+ years managing large, complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, and influencing skills.
• Proven success leading projects from concept through launch into operations.
• Strong facilitation, organizational, prioritization, and conflict resolution skills.
• Solid understanding of project management methodology, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, web technologies, and web development/design processes.

Job Summary

Our client, a major entertainment and media company, is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support a global intranet platform. This person will write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support QA activities including regression testing, while acting as a day‑to‑day contact across the project and feeding into requirements as a supporting product owner. Looking for someone with real hands‑on experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria, not just general requirements gathering, plus strong documentation skills and experience in a large, complex company environment. This position is W-2 only.

Contract Details

Contract Length: 12 month

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $36.00 and $52.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
