KellyMitchell Group is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join a Platform Engineering & Secure by Design organization in Fort Worth. You will drive execution, governance, and delivery of complex technology programs across multiple domains, coordinating dependencies and modernization efforts.

The role emphasizes security, DevSecOps, AI readiness, and executive reporting, with a focus on risk management and cross-functional collaboration in a scalable enterprise environment.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years leading large-scale technology programs.
  • 5+ years in infrastructure/platform/enterprise tech groups.
  • Experience guiding cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
  • Experience with executive governance, reporting and decision-making.
  • Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, orchestration and automation.
  • Knowledge of Secure by Design, SDLC, threat modeling, vulnerability management, and DevSecOps.
  • PM certification such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe.

  • Develop integrated program plans, roadmaps, and delivery schedules.

Job Summary

Our client, a leading airline industry provider, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their Platform Engineering & Secure by Design organization. You will drive execution, governance, and delivery of complex technology initiatives across Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Services, Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, and Application Development organizations, coordinating large-scale transformation programs, managing cross-functional dependencies, and supporting Secure by Design, infrastructure modernization, cyber resilience, and AI readiness initiatives.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs from initiation through implementation and operationalization, developing integrated program plans, roadmaps, and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate strategic initiatives across enterprise infrastructure platforms, cloud services, identity services, networking, automation, and observability platforms
  • Coordinate implementation activities for Secure by Design initiatives, including threat modeling, security scanning, platform hardening, and DevSecOps-related programs
  • Track remediation activities associated with vulnerability management, exposure reduction, and cyber risk initiatives
  • Coordinate initiatives involving AI governance, AI adoption, and emerging technology risk management, tracking related dependencies, risks, and compliance activities
  • Identify, manage, and resolve program dependencies, risks, issues, and blockers, establishing governance mechanisms that provide transparency into program health and delivery status
  • Develop executive-ready communications, status reports, dashboards, and governance materials, facilitating steering committees and cross-functional governance forums
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
  • 8+ years of experience leading large-scale technology programs
  • 5+ years supporting infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, cloud engineering, enterprise architecture, or enterprise technology organizations
  • Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple technical disciplines and driving execution without direct authority in matrixed organizations
  • Experience supporting executive-level governance, reporting, and decision-making processes
  • Working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure platforms, cloud computing, virtualization, container orchestration, and infrastructure automation
  • Working knowledge of Secure by Design principles, Secure SDLC, threat modeling, vulnerability management, and DevSecOps practices
  • PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent program management certification
Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity transformation and large-scale infrastructure modernization programs
  • Experience coordinating enterprise-wide Secure by Design initiatives, partnering with Enterprise Architecture and Cyber Security organizations
  • Experience supporting AI governance, AI risk management, or AI adoption programs
  • Familiarity with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and risk management frameworks
  • Experience supporting geographically distributed engineering organizations

Work Environment

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Hybrid: Onsite Tuesday-Thursday; remote Monday and Friday

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $35.00 and $50.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
