Overview: The System Administrator, Salesforce.com maintains, expands, and enhances the functionality in our Salesforce.com (SFDC) platform to support Vestis’ growth. We utilize Sales, Service, and core platform functionality in SFDC, and the Salesforce.com System Administrators assist in all phases of application design, configuration, support, reporting, and user adoption. This role reports to the Director, Sales Force Systems.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Provide Level I and II support for Salesforce.com issues
- Work with Salesforce.com Premier Support
- Perform setup, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce.com
- Support our National Account Sales and Service Teams with Salesforce.com issues
- Enforce and maintain Salesforce.com Sales Policies & Procedures
- Participate in Salesforce.com Change Management Process, collaborating with IT for project requirements and deployment
- Identify enhancements and new SFDC functionalities with frontline leadership
- Create, test, and publish sales reports and dashboards in collaboration with the Sales Reporting Team
- Maintain custom tools integrated into Salesforce, working with developers on Apex, LWC, & Visualforce
- Coordinate with AppExchange partners for third-party solutions
- Support technological alignment and process improvements
- Communicate system updates and improvements internally
- Build relationships across Vestis functions
- Report on project statuses and maintain compliance with policies
- Complete time and expense reports accurately and timely
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- System administration skills in Setup, Configuration, Automation, and Flow
- Proficiency in MS Office O365 suite
- Ability to analyze data and recognize patterns

Experience/Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of Salesforce.com or similar CRM system administration experience
- 3-5 years in a large sales organization
- Experience with DemandTools, Conga, ZoomInfo preferred
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Legal ability to work in the U.S. (citizen or resident)
Certifications:
- Salesforce.com Certification (Administrator or App Builder) preferred

Salary range: $75,000 - $95,000, based on experience and qualifications.
