What You’ll Do:

• Deliver hands-on support for desktops, servers, networking, and cloud tools
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows Servers (2016–2022), Office 365, and LAN/WAN setups
• Configure routers, switches, wireless access points, and VPNs
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients—explaining tech in plain English, and guiding smart solutions
• Work closely with a collaborative support team while taking ownership of your tickets and time

What You Bring:

• Must have MSP experience - MSP industry experience
• 2+ years of hands-on IT support
• Solid background in Windows OS (10/11), Windows Server, and Microsoft 365
• Proficiency with networking (IP addressing, VLANs, firewalls, WLAN), and routers (Cisco, SonicWALL, etc.)
• Backup and recovery knowledge (Symantec, ShadowProtect a plus)
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• A genuine customer-first attitude (and patience to match)
