Technical Recruiting Manager at Stability Technology

This role will be initially onsite for the first 30-45 days in Carson, CA (occasional visits to sites in Inland Empire). It will transition to hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) thereafter.

We are seeking a Senior System Network Administrator to manage and support enterprise-level infrastructure with a strong focus on Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Office 365, and advanced networking. This position plays a critical role in maintaining system uptime, security, and performance across both on-prem and cloud-integrated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support all versions of Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022)
• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and domain services
• Support and administer Office 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco routers and Aruba switches
• Maintain and optimize Palo Alto firewall security configurations and policies
• Perform routine system maintenance, upgrades, and patch management
• Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues to ensure high availability
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated infrastructure and networking issues
• Assist with system documentation, disaster recovery planning, and compliance initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects and rollouts

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Systems or Network Engineering roles
• Deep expertise with Windows Server and Active Directory
• Strong proficiency with Office 365 administration and support
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking gear and Aruba switches
• Solid understanding of Palo Alto firewalls and general firewall/network security practices
• Strong troubleshooting, scripting (e.g., PowerShell), and documentation skills
• Experience with system monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios) is a plus

Preferred/Bonus Skills:

• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms
• Knowledge of Azure AD, Intune, or hybrid cloud integrations
• Familiarity with ITIL practices, change control, and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
• Networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, PCNSA, Network+) or Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MS-100)
