Bowman Williams in New York City is seeking a Level 2 MSP Systems Administrator to support a diverse NYC client base. You will own Tier 2 escalations, handle Windows and macOS environments, and assist with projects and onboarding.

The role is hybrid with 1 work-from-home day per week, remote support from NYC, and occasional on-site visits. 2+ years MSP experience and strong documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of MSP experience supporting multiple client environments
• Strong Tier 2 troubleshooting and escalation experience
• Hands-on Windows and macOS support experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, identity management, endpoint management, and networking fundamentals
• Strong client communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with HaloPSA, NinjaOne, Addigy, Intune, Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, or Bluebeam is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own Tier 2 and Tier 2.5 escalations across multiple MSP clients
• Support Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and endpoint environments
• Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Wi-Fi, printers, hardware, and general connectivity issues
• Provision and manage Apple and Windows devices using Intune, Addigy, Apple Business Manager, NinjaOne, or similar tools
• Assist with client onboarding, technical projects, and infrastructure improvements
• Work directly with clients while maintaining strong ticket documentation and ownership

Level 2 MSP Systems Administration

We are a growing Managed Services Provider hiring a System Administrator Level 2 to support a diverse NYC client base.

This is a Tier 2 / Tier 2.5 escalation role supporting both Windows and macOS environments. You will own technical issues, work across multiple client environments, and assist with projects and infrastructure improvements.

Most support is performed remotely from the NYC office, with occasional client-site visits when hands‑on assistance is needed.

What You Will Work On

• Own Tier 2 and Tier 2.5 escalations across multiple MSP clients
• Support Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and endpoint environments
