Job summary

Bowman Williams is seeking a System Administrator Level 2 to own escalated issues across Microsoft, cloud, networking, security, and infrastructure environments.

The role targets an MSP technician ready to move beyond basic help desk support and independently troubleshoot more complex client systems, with a focus on strong communication and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• MSP experience required.
• Strong Level 2 systems administration and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft, server, cloud, networking, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own Level 2 tickets and escalations across multiple client environments.
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, Windows Server, and Hyper‑V.
• Troubleshoot firewalls, VLANs, switching, VPNs, Wi‑Fi, DNS, DHCP, and connectivity issues.
• Support endpoint security tools including SentinelOne, Huntress, and ThreatLocker.
• Assist with infrastructure changes, technical projects, and escalations.
• Manage tickets in Autotask and documentation in IT Glue.

We are a boutique Cloud and Managed Services Provider supporting 135+ clients across healthcare, legal, construction, and other industries.

We are hiring a System Administrator Level 2 to take ownership of escalated issues across Microsoft, cloud, networking, security, and infrastructure environments.

This is a strong fit for an MSP technician who has moved beyond basic help desk support and is comfortable independently troubleshooting more complex client systems.

What You Will Work On

• Own Level 2 tickets and escalations across multiple client environments
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, Windows Server, and Hyper‑V
