Job summary

MissionEdge Technologies is seeking a System Administrator to join the CNO team, providing support for IT systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance across client/server/storage/network devices, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities include Tier 1/2 support, operations, monitoring, escalation communications, and optimization of system performance; candidate must hold TS with Polygraph and have a technical Bachelor's or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to position nature.
• Active TS with Polygraph clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or 5 years SA experience substitute allowed.
• Ten (10) years experience as a SA in similar programs/contracts.
• Experience with firewall rules, Linux, and virtualization.
• Practical DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools.
• Must be self-led and able to lead a small team.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage daily configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Assist users in accessing and using IT systems.
• Monitor and resolve problems across client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
• Escalate statuses to management and internal customers.
