Job summary

CyberTrend is seeking a System Administrator II to support IT systems in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role requires TS/SCI with Poly clearance and hands-on Linux/UNIX administration across servers, networks, and storage.

You will manage day-to-day operations, troubleshoot incidents, and collaborate with development teams on deployment strategies while maintaining security controls and documentation.

Qualifications

• Ten years experience as a SA in programs of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required; five years additional SA experience may substitute for the degree.
• Requires TS/SCI with Poly Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support and problem resolution.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and related network components.
• Manage IT infrastructure, day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts.
• Troubleshoot system issues for high availability and collaborate with Dev teams on deployment strategies.
