Job summary

Capital Solutions Group (CSG) is seeking a Systems Administrator to support IT infrastructure at Ft. Meade, MD. You will troubleshoot and maintain Linux, Unix, and Windows systems, manage configurations, and ensure system reliability for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.

Qualified candidates hold DoD 8570 IAT Level II, TS/SCI with polygraph, and have substantial Tier 1/2 support experience in a government or contracted environment.

Qualifications

• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with relevant IT experience.
• Experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk support.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix/Windows system administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage day-to-day operations and configuration of IT systems.
• Provide Tier 1 help desk and Tier 2 escalation support.
• Assist users in accessing and using IT systems.
• Monitor and resolve issues across client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
• Support escalation communications to agency management and internal customers.
