Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc.—the parent of Trinity Services Group, Keefe Group and Courtesy Products—seeks an IT Administrator to support its ATG software network. You will deploy applications, run scripts, and secure servers in a fast-paced environment serving mission-critical data.

The role covers server performance tracking, automation of backups, and collaboration with developers to update the Offender Management Suite. Bachelor's degree and cloud/Linux experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university or three years of progressive work experience in the field.
• Experience with Windows Server technologies including AD/DNS/IIS and Storage Configuration.
• PowerShell scripting to automate tasks and deployments.
• VMware technologies and virtualization concepts.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and server hardware metrics.
• Cloud experience with AWS and Azure; Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS/Red Hat) familiarity.
• Ability to work independently to validate script success and perform updates under guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist managing large mission critical network of servers hosting data for ATG software.
• Deploy applications, run scripts, and configure security for ATG applications.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure automated backups and data exchange processes run correctly.
• Respond to monitoring alerts and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
• Complete projects within estimates and keep supervisor informed of progress.
• Learn and apply new technical skills relevant to ATG systems.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
