Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a systems administrator to assist in managing a large, mission-critical network of servers hosting data for ATG software.

You will support ATG developers as they create and update the Offender Management Suite, deploying applications, running scripts, and configuring security for new versions. You will track performance metrics, monitor automated processes such as backups and data exchanges, and respond to alerts to ensure reliable service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or 3 years progressive work experience, or equivalent.
• Experience with Windows Server technologies and concepts (Active Directory, DNS, IIS, Storage Configuration).
• Experience with VMware technologies and concepts (Virtual Processor, Virtual Storage Configuration, clustering).

Responsibilities

• Track performance metrics for all servers and networks under ATG.
• Monitor automated processes (backups, data exchange interfaces) quality.
• Respond to notifications from monitoring tools and work toward independent issue resolution.
• Complete projects within time estimates with minimal rework.
• Keep supervisor informed on project progress.
• Seek information to update technical skills and business knowledge.
• Assist with other department activities as assigned by management.
