Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a IT Network/Server Administrator to support a mission-critical ATG software environment. You will manage a large network of servers hosting data for ATG applications, deploying updates, running scripts, and configuring security to support new versions.

The role emphasizes proactive monitoring, performance tracking, and automation through PowerShell and VMware, with opportunities to work independently or in a team, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or three years progressive work experience in the field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Windows Server technologies and PowerShell scripting for automation.
• VMware experience and knowledge of networking and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Track performance metrics of every server and network component administered by ATG team.
• Monitor backup success and data exchange interfaces across servers.
• Respond to notifications from monitoring tools and work toward independent issue resolution.
• Complete projects within time estimates with minimal rework.
• Keep supervisor informed on progress and seek information to update skills.
• Perform script maintenance and assist with software updates to ATG applications.
