Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a network/server administrator to manage a large mission-critical server network hosting ATG software. You will deploy applications, run scripts, configure security, and support developers working on the Offender Management Suite.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and hands-on skills with Windows Server, VMware, cloud, and Linux environments. You will track performance metrics, respond to monitoring alerts, and complete tasks within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university; or three years progressive work experience in the field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Windows Server technologies and concepts; PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Experience with VMware technologies and concepts; Virtualization and clustering.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking principles and server component metrics.
• Experience with cloud technologies like AWS and Azure.
• Experience with Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat).
• Ability to validate scripts and automate maintenance tasks independently under management guidance.

Responsibilities

• Track performance metrics of each network and server in the ATG environment.
• Monitor automated processes like backups and data exchanges.
• Respond to monitoring notifications and work toward independent issue resolution.
• Complete projects within estimates with minimal rework.
• Keep supervisors informed on project progress.
• Pursue information to update technical skills and knowledge.
