Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience in IT Operations or Application Support, System Administration, user support, issue troubleshooting, and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based teams and Korea-based Headquarters; fluent English and Korean.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic to intermediate system administration tasks including user and access management.
• Configure systems: workflows, process maintenance, and issue investigation/escalation.
• Leverage prompt engineering to create, optimize, and maintain AI-assisted workflows.
